I believe that it is important to provide all-round development to children and make them next-generation leaders in the diverse community we live in.
I come from an education background as my Father CS Krishnaswamy was an educator himself. Back in Hassan – Karnataka we have been running two great institutions – Sri Ramakrishna Vidyalaya and Holy Mother convent. Both the schools have been actively running for more than 50 years – educating more than 50,000 students. From my childhood, I have grown in a school atmosphere which triggered my passion to teaching and running a school.
After getting the bachelor’s degree in engineering from MCE, I moved to the US in 1997. I completed my Master’s degree in Education and also hold a nEC-6 certification to teach in Texas. I first started my career as a preschool teacher in a Kindercare learning center in the year 2000. Before opening the learning cube academy, I ran a home based preschool Pragathi and also an after school Math & English center – Fruit of Learning.
With the support of my Husband and Chaitra’s family, we opened the doors of LCA in 2020 January and ever since have been providing quality education to children. During Covid timeframe, we offered a 100% online preschool program in small groups. We look forward to grow more in the upcoming years with all of your support and take LCA to greater heights.
As a certified teacher, I have an unwavering appreciation for quality education and character-development programs. With the experience of owning and operating preschools, my strength is in developing curriculum and age-appropriate hands-on activities. I value relationships with students and parents in establishing a positive learning environment.

I thrive in connecting with children of all cultures and believe in a balanced, joyful learning environment that encourages exploration and positive thinking.
I am an engineer by training, a full-time mother of two wonderful boys, and a school teacher passionate in early childhood education by choice. I have been working with preschool children for over a decade now and I am a firm believer in the transformative impact of early childhood education.
I believe that my strength is in being able to connect with children across a variety of cultural and international backgrounds – in some sense, no matter where they are from, young children seem to have an universal code of sorts. I’ve continued to build on my passion in early childhood education by taking several courses at the Collin County Community College staying up-to-date with the latest research in early intervention and special education.
I am one of the Founders and Directors of Learning Cube Academy, one of the leading pre-school’s in Plano. We started Learning Cube Academy four years ago, and we are proud to be nurturing over 50+ children at our academy.

Teaching at LCA isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to shape futures, one excited learner at a time.
Why do I like teaching? It is so rewarding to be able to shape young and curious minds, to be able to make learning so much fun and interesting that they fall in love with the idea of going to school which will in time nurture enthusiastic learners!
My recently acquired Masters Degree from University of North Texas in Workforce Leadership and Development will enable me to seamlessly transition into the role of an Assistant Director. I look forward to incorporating my learnings and work towards building a strong team of dynamic and enthusiastic teachers and caregivers at LCA.
What makes LCA the best place to learn? The vision of both the directors of LCA to provide a safe, fun, and scholastic environment and a highly passionate and dedicated staff makes LCA the best place to learn and grow.
